PCAY

Stellar continuum fitting of MaNGA spectroscopic datacubes, yielding robust estimates of stellar mass-to-light ratio

Procedurally generate (randomize) a library of star-formation histories and their associated optical spectra. Relies on FSPS and python-fsps

Fully propagate covariate uncertainty through linear transformations: especially useful for transforming from data space to a "reduced", principal component space.

WIYN-benchsim

Simulator for the WIYN bench spectrograph. Somewhat less full-featured than the official GUI, but much more up-to-date. Simulates wavelength coverage vs grating angle, limited throughput calculations.
